No. JetCars are designed to be user-friendly and stable. Before your ride, our team provides a full safety briefing and step-by-step operating instructions ideal for beginners.
Are JetCars safe for children or families?
Yes, families can enjoy JetCars together. However, a minimum age/height requirement applies for safety. Children ride only as passengers and must wear life vests.
Can cruise ship guests book last-minute rides?
Absolutely. We accommodate cruise schedules and offer priority docking-area pickups when available. It’s recommended to book ahead during peak days to guarantee availability.
What happens if the weather is bad on my booking day?
If unsafe sea conditions occur, we reschedule your ride or offer a full credit/refund based on our weather policy.
Do you provide life jackets and safety gear?
Yes. Life jackets, safety instructions, and all mandatory equipment are provided at no additional cost.
Can I drive the JetCar alone?
Yes. Solo and two-person rentals are available depending on model and weight capacity.
How fast do JetCars go?
JetCars reach speeds similar to high-performance jet skis, depending on sea conditions and rider skill. Speed is fully controllable and safe for beginners.
Are JetCars suitable for open-water photography and video?
Yes. Our models include secure mounts for GoPro/phones, and we offer optional photography packages.
What should I bring for the JetCar ride?
Swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, waterproof phone pouch, and a valid ID for registration.
Do you offer transportation from hotels or resorts?
Yes, pickup can be arranged from select hotels and cruise terminals on request.
What if I damage the JetCar?
Minor cosmetic wear is normal. For accidental damage beyond regular use, charges may apply as per the rental agreement.
